At PERGO IT, we design pergola systems that combine Italian engineering with proven durability. Each structure is built to last — and we proudly stand behind its quality. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help, even beyond the warranty period, always seeking a fair and efficient solution.

Your PERGO IT pergola includes a tiered warranty for complete confidence:

  • 10 Years – Main structure: aluminum columns, beams, and base plates.

  • 5 Years – Moving parts: louvers, shafts, mechanisms, screws, and hardware.

Activate your warranty within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@pergoit.com with:

  • Your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • Full name, phone number, and installation address.

Once confirmed, your warranty will be officially registered.

 

What’s Not Covered

For full transparency, the following exclusions apply:

  • Force majeure or environmental conditions: fading due to sunlight, storms, salt exposure, extreme weather, or vandalism.

  • Customer modifications or misuse: unauthorized changes, overloading, or improper use.

  • Installation errors: failure to follow provided instructions or improper assembly by non-qualified personnel.

  • Improper maintenance or storage.

  • Surface or foundation issues: ground movement, sinking, or shifting surfaces.

  • Late installations: if the pergola is installed more than 12 months after purchase.

  • Additional costs: labor, dismantling, reinstallation, transportation, or shipping expenses.

  • Accessories and motors: covered for 2 years only if purchased together with the pergola.

  • Outstanding balances: warranty coverage may be suspended until payment is settled.

How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, email info@pergoit.com within 30 days of discovering the issue, and include:

  1. A detailed description of the problem.

  2. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

  3. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Once approved, the replacement part or product will be shipped, or the appropriate refund processed within 30 days.

Final Notes

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • PERGO IT reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

  • This document supersedes any prior warranties or agreements.

  • The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
